Volunteering
Throughout the year, The Montreal Fluency Centre accepts many volunteers who serve as an important part of the organization. Our volunteers are involved in administrative tasks such as creating materials for use in therapy sessions, photocopying, filing, data entry, and making phone calls. There are also many opportunities for hands on experience as aides in the various group therapy programs we offer as well as the Summer Language Camp.
We require a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week for a minimum period of 12 weeks. If this requirement is fulfilled, we are happy to provide letters of reference as well as opportunities to fulfill observation hours as may be required for application to some programs in Speech Language Pathology.
