Programmes intensifs de lecture et d’écriture

FLITE 2A

• Students going into grade 5 or 6
• Week 1: Focus on understanding what you read (narrative and expository text)
• Week 2: Developing writing skills (expository paragraph and reading response)
• Two weeks: Aug. 15 & Aug. 22 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 11:30 am)
• Students may enroll for Week 1 alone, Week 2 alone, or for both
• Screening required prior to enrollment ($160 fee, includes checklist report)
• Maximum 5 students

FLITE 2B

• Students going into grade 7 or 8
• Week 1: Focus on understanding what you read (narrative and expository text)
• Week 2: Developing writing skills (expository paragraph and essay)
• Two weeks: Aug. 1 & Aug. 8 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 11:30 am)
• Students may enroll for Week 1 alone, Week 2 alone, or for both
• Screening required prior to enrollment ($160 fee, includes checklist report)
• Maximum 5 students

Fees (either group):

Full two weeks = $935^* (includes materials)

One week = $467.50^* (includes materials)

The Montreal Fluency Centre is a not-for-profit organization and can offer bursaries for programme fees.
